Small tips for optimal reopening performance

After two months of inactivity, the HORECA sector starts with uncertainty, generated by the implementation of new measures in the premises by the Covid-19.

There is no doubt that the refrigeration sector is very important in preserving food temperatures. So, from Infrico we launch a different measures so that the equipment works at full capacity before reopening.

First, we must clean the interior and exterior of the equipment with an approved disinfectant (include virucidal) without bleach to prevent it from attacking the steel. If the equipment includes a doors gasket, clean with a mixture of soap and water, we recommend a water-based or chlorine-free product.

Secondly, we will clean with a brush and vacuum the condenser from possible dirt and dust.

It is also very important to verify that the drain is clean.

And finally, we must turn on the equipment and wait for it to reach its optimum temperature, for a period of 24 hours, before introducing with product. If it does not reach the optimum temperature, we recommend that you contact your technical service.
